Examples of work - Programme Directory

The Programme Directory was an initiative to provide online browsing and booking of training courses. This saved money in reducing paperwork distributed around the bank's 80,000 staff, while improving the quality of service as the application gave real time availability of places and allowed users to book there and then.

Since the Natwest group was composed of several constituent companies who all required this application, it was provided with css 'skins' that allowed it to integrate with the native intranets. This was important in acheiving fast adoption across the group.
